XBOX Repairs, With FREE Diagnostics Service:
Has your XBOX stopped working, have you attempted fo fit a modchip or other modifications and it didn't quite go as planned? All is not lost, because our technicians may be able to repair it for you.
We offer a FREE diagnostics service, whereby our technicians will do various electronic checks with some specialist electronic test equipment, they may also carry out some work if need be to determine the exact cause of the fault. Once this has been done we will then email you with their findings.
There is absolutely no charge for any work they do while they are carrying out the diagnostics, this service is absolutely FREE, they will not do any work that you will be charged for without first emailing you with a fixed quote, which either you agree to the work to be undertaken or you don't, simple as that.
It will almost certainly be a lot cheaper than buying a new xbox, however should you decide you don't wish to go ahead with the repair for any reason or it's just simply not cost effective, then there is still absolutely no charge.
All we ask is that if you are sending in just your xbox mainboard then you include with it payment of £7.00 cash for the return postage. If you are sending in your whole xbox then we ask that you also include £11.00 cash in with your xbox for the return courier fee.
We can even arrange for a courier to come and pick up your xbox from your home, place of work, friends or even a neighbours. However, you must pay £10.95 in advance to have your xbox collected and £10.95 to have your xbox returned, you may include the extra payment in with the xbox as cash, cheque or uncrossed postal order or make the full payment online.
Please Note: We will not send a courier out to collect your xbox until at least the courier charge has been paid, as we have done this in the past and the courier has ended up going to houses with nobody in, however we still get charged for collection, so we no longer do this.
Please include as much information about the problem as possible, either enter this in the special requests field of our shopping cart or include this information on a piece of paper with your xbox.
Often when there is a problem with your xbox you will see a 2 digit error code in the top left hand corner of the screen, this can give a rough indication of the problem. Feel free to email us with a full description of the problem with your xbox and any photos or images that may assist our technicians in diagnosing the problem. We may be able to give you a rough quotation, but please bear in mind it is often impossible to give you a fixed quote without our technicians first running some proper diagnostics on your xbox.
